Once the necessary information has been reviewed, you and Mr. Foret will discuss the best strategy to pursue your case. Mr. Foret will be personally involved in each step of your case, from filings and depositions, to negotiations, to settlement or trial.  

Typically, our law firm pays all expenses to bring your case to conclusion. A contingency fee and expenses are later reimbursed from the proceeds of your settlement or jury award. Under this arrangement, you never incur any out-of-pocket expenses.
